The FOG Tank can handle daily dishes in addition to the jobs a sink struggles with, like hood filters, sheet pans, and heavy carbon buildup, with no scrubbing and far less water. The more you take out of the sink and clean in the FOG Tank, the better clean you will get and the more money you will save.
The FOG Tank runs on Tiger Carbon-Removal Powder, a proprietary powder that is non-caustic, non-toxic, fully biodegradable, food safe, and safe on aluminum. Items come out fully sanitized and bacteria-free. Just rinse off any loosened carbon and they are ready to use. The chemicals last for one month.
You add the powder once a month. The tank holds it at a steady 185°F, so it keeps cleaning whether you use it once a day or run it around the clock. The bag is matched to your tank size, from an 8 lb bag for the 25 gallon up to three 14 lb bags for the largest tanks.
Both. Leasing has no upfront tank cost, a simple one-year term, and a full warranty for the life of the rental, with chemical included. Buying includes a 3-year structural warranty, a 1-year parts warranty, and a 6-month labor warranty. Extended warranties are available for purchase. Purchasing a FOG Tank comes with a 36-month price lock.
