The FOG Tank® is the best way to safely and easily remove grease, oil, fat, and heavy carbon buildup from metal cookware and kitchen equipment in commercial kitchens. Available in a range of sizes for kitchens and bakeries of all types, the FOG Tank is built to last with stainless-grade steel construction and is fully insulated to ensure it cleans all types of metal including aluminum. Combined with the proprietary Tiger Carbon-Removal Powder cleanser, this is an environmentally safe, non-caustic, and non-toxic way to keep metal implements and cooking elements clean and hygienic.

Once filled with the powder and water, the FOG Tank can deliver continuous cleaning power for up to a month, no matter how much you use it. Just grab what you wanted cleaned, dip it in the commercial soak tank, and leave it to soak.

Warranty	A full bumper to bumper warranty is included for life of the rental.	Your purchase of any of our heated soak tanks includes a 3-year structural warranty, a one year parts warranty, and a 6-month labor warranty. Warranty extension options available.
Cleaning Chemicals	Chemical is provided with the rental and included in the rental price. 1 (8lb) bag for a 25 Gallon, 1 14lb bag for 40 Gallon, 2 (14lbs) for 80 Gallon, (3) 14 lbs. for 120 Gallon or 126 Gallon.
